Reclaim Your Life and crate the life you want, on your own terms, with our 12-week virtual program designed for Veterans, RCMP, and Canadian Armed Forces to build emotional regulation skills, improve relationships, and enhance overall well-being. Participants will learn to manage emotions, reduce impulsivity, strengthen communication, and understand the physiological impacts of trauma. Gain the tools to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and control.
Program Length: 12 weeks
Program Dates: Mondays at 10-12 pm (Zoom) AST, January 5 to March 23, 2026.

Surviving to Thriving
Feeling trapped by depression or overwhelmed by anxiety? You’re not alone. This 8-week program provides a safe, supportive space to help you regain balance, quiet racing thoughts, and lift the weight of emotional distress. Through expert guidance and shared experiences, you’ll learn practical skills to shift unhelpful thought patterns, regulate emotions, and build lasting healthy habits. Connect with others who understand your journey and walk away with actionable tools to improve mood, manage stress, and rediscover joy.

Break free from cycles of yo-yo dieting and emotional eating with a program that focuses on lifelong change, not just the scale. This 12-week program is designed to help you release more than just physical weight. Although you will see results on the scale, it's also about shedding the burdens of society’s expectations, quieting your inner critic, and healing from the past experiences that may drive emotional eating. You'll develop a sustainable relationship with food by addressing the root causes of unhealthy eating habits.

Program Cost: Covered by most extended healthcare plans.
