If you’re here, that means you want to Be You Better! We understand that joining a mental health group for the first time can feel intimidating. After years of leading groups, I've heard every concern, and it's completely normal to feel hesitant. If you're worried about privacy, sharing personal experiences, or fitting in, know that you're not alone.

Joining a Group

Participating in a group allows you to connect with others, gain diverse perspectives, and experience the healing power of community - benefits that can enhance your personal growth in ways individual therapy often cannot. It’s okay to feel uncertain, but we encourage you to feel the fear and do it anyway!
