Terms and Conditions

Thynk Therapi provides online group therapy programs facilitated by licensed professionals. Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or one-on-one psychotherapy. Participation in our programs does not establish a therapist-client relationship outside the group setting.

Thynk Therapi does not provide crisis or emergency services. If you are experiencing a crisis, including suicidal thoughts or other immediate mental health concerns, please:

• Call 911
• Visit your nearest emergency room
• Contact a crisis helpline in your area

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age (unless otherwise specified for a program designed for minors with parental consent).
• For real-time programs, be a resident of Atlantic Canada or Quebec. (On-demand programs can be from anywhere.)
• Acknowledge that you are not in immediate crisis or requiring urgent mental health intervention.

By enrolling in our programs, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and understand that our services are educational and supportive, not medical treatment.

Thynk Therapi provides tools and strategies based on evidence-based approaches; however, we do not guarantee specific results. Individual outcomes depend on various factors, including:

• Personal effort and engagement
• External circumstances
• Adherence to the strategies provided

While we strive to maintain confidentiality within our group programs, we cannot guarantee absolute privacy due to the online nature of sessions. Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of other members.

Thynk Therapi complies with applicable Canadian privacy laws regarding the collection and storage of personal information. For details, please review our Privacy Policy.

By joining our programs, you agree to:

• Be part of the community in a safe and supportive way.
• Participate in a respectful and constructive manner.
• Maintain the confidentiality of other participants.
• Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or harmful behavior.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the program without a refund.

Thynk Therapi, its facilitators, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs.

You acknowledge that:

• Our services do not replace professional medical or psychiatric treatment.
• We do not provide emergency or crisis intervention services.
• You are responsible for your own well-being and decisions made based on program content.

Thynk Therapi handles refunds on a case-by-case basis, considering the participant’s situation and circumstances.

If you require a refund, you must submit a request in writing via 📧 info@thynktherapi.com. Each refund request will be reviewed individually, taking into account:

• The reason for the refund request
• The stage of program participation
• Any unforeseen personal or financial hardships

We aim to make fair and reasonable decisions that prioritize both the needs of our clients and the sustainability of our programs.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
