This 12-week specialized program is designed to help you release more than just physical weight. Although you will see results on the scale, it's also about shedding the burdens of society’s expectations, quieting your inner critic, and healing from the past experiences that may drive emotional eating.


This course takes you on a journey to understand the psychology behind an unhealthy relationship with food and weight loss, giving you deeper insights into your behaviors.


In addition to psychological exploration, you'll also gain practical tools for lasting weight loss, including expert guidance on nutrition, exercise, and mindful habits. By the end of the program, you’ll not only shed the pounds but will be empowered with the tools and mindset to maintain your success far beyond the program’s conclusion.
